Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed + shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.
We are unable to make changes once an order is placed, however if you need a hand, please email info@moshita.com with as many details as possible and we'll try our best to help. Our team is available Monday through Friday only.

Domestic Shipping

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 or $5.95 flat-rate under $100 within the USA (Excludes Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii).
We also offer Express delivery options at the check out (Next Business Day $35, 2nd Business Day $15)
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times range 3-7 business days, depending on shipping method + delivery destination.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.
Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

International Shipping

Our free shipping or flat rate services or are currently limited to the USA only (Excludes Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii). For orders from other countries, shipping costs will be calculated by the DHL carrier.
Please note that import taxes or fees may apply, which you may be responsible for.
